Nicole attended Missouri Valley Culinary School at Le Cole on the Plaza and holds a certification in Dietary Management. She completed her culinary internship at St. Croix USVI. Nicole originally wanted to be an art teacher, but fell in love with the art of cooking instead and became a chef! When not creating new and delicious meals for the patients, visitors, and staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Nicole enjoys gardening and playing with her dogs Brittany and Sadie Mae.
