Dr. Steve Gialde, AOBFP, ABHPM, is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of General Practitioners and has a special interest in palliative medicine and hospice care. He’s been a physician with the Oak Grove Medical Clinic for over 35 years.

Dr. Adam Legg, D.O., earned his medical degree from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Missouri in August 2016. He completed his residency at UMKC Family Medicine in June 2019. Dr Legg is Board Certified in Family Medicine and provides care for the whole family from the very young to the very wise. He has a special interest in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and Sports Medicine. In his free time Dr. Legg enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, camping, hunting, hiking and canoeing on Missouri’s streams and rivers. He also enjoys spending time with his wife (Avery), dog (Barley) and their extended families.

Dr. Maggie Ngar, ABFM, is board certified in family medicine, earned her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Samantha Castlebury, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Oak Grove Medical Clinic. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at William Jewell College in Liberty Missouri and her Masters of Science in Nursing as well as her Family Nurse Practitioner at Research College of Nursing in Kansas City Missouri. She holds a Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys Practicing in all areas of Family Practice from newborns to seniors.
